Finnable and Flipkart Finance have partnered to expand instant credit across major Indian shopping platforms. The partnership launched on October 7, 2026, across Flipkart, Myntra and Flipkart Minutes. It targets wider credit access, including shoppers with limited or no formal credit history. Finnable joins Flipkart Finance as a co-lending partner for Flipkart Pay Later. Its underwriting capabilities will support faster credit decisions within the shopping journey.
Eligible shoppers can access credit limits of up to Rs. 1 lakh across the three platforms. The program operates across India and keeps the complete application process inside the shopping apps. Customers can receive approval within seconds after meeting eligibility and credit assessment requirements. The partnership combines Flipkart's digital shopping reach with Finnable's new-to-credit underwriting experience.
The credit offering includes three repayment choices for different purchase requirements. Short-term credit allows repayment within 30 days for smaller shopping expenses. Pay in 3 divides eligible purchases into three scheduled payments for easier repayment. EMI plans range from three to 12 months for mobiles, electronics and appliances.
The embedded model removes the need for shoppers to seek separate credit before completing purchases. It also brings formal lending closer to consumers who may have limited access to traditional credit products. Finnable and Flipkart Finance have not disclosed detailed pricing or fees for the program. Applicable charges and lending conditions depend on eligibility and the relevant loan terms.
“India’s next wave of consumers will meet credit where they already shop,” said Amit Arora, Co-Founder, Finnable. He added that the partnership brings formal credit access into everyday digital shopping experiences. The approach reflects a wider shift toward financial services inside consumer platforms.
Finnable operates as a technology-led lending company focused on consumer finance and other credit products. The company combines data-driven underwriting with digital lending processes for customers. Flipkart Finance and Finnable Credit operate as RBI-registered NBFCs under the partnership structure. The companies jointly originate eligible loans under the applicable digital co-lending framework.
The expansion gives instant credit a broader role across India's fast-growing digital commerce ecosystem. For shoppers, checkout financing now connects directly with everyday purchases across three major platforms.
