Hero MotoCorp Ltd. emerged as the top weekly gainer, with a 5.3% increase over the week. On Friday, the stock closed at 5743.8, up 9.55 points or 0.2% for the day.
Asian Paints Ltd. followed closely with a 4.7% weekly gain. The stock ended Friday at 3273.7, rising 35.45 points or 1.1% in the session.
Bajaj Finserv Ltd. posted a 4.2% weekly increase, despite closing 7.80 points or 0.4% lower on Friday at 1857.2.
Titan Company Ltd. saw a 3.7% weekly gain, though it ended Friday down 27.35 points or 0.7% at 3695.5.
SBI Life Insurance Company gained 2.5% for the week. However, it closed Friday at 1896.3, down 11.55 points or 0.6%.
Hindustan Unilever Ltd. rose 2.2% over the week, ending Friday nearly flat at 2839.0, up just 0.50 points.
Bajaj Finance Ltd. increased 1.6% for the week and closed Friday up 72.25 points or 1.0% at 7317.2.
UltraTech Cement Ltd. gained 1.2% weekly, despite dropping 109.80 points or 1.0% on Friday to 11432.9.
Shriram Finance Ltd. saw a modest 1.0% weekly gain but ended Friday down 9.85 points or 0.3% at 3235.7.
Divi’s Laboratories rounded out the top gainers with a 0.9% weekly increase, closing Friday up 16.90 points or 0.3% at 5137.8.
