The BSE Sensex finished at 80,519.34 gaining 0.78% or 622.00 points and traded between 79,843.39 and 80,893.51. For the week, the Nifty 50 recorded a gain of 0.73% or 178 points while the Sensex added 0.65% or 522 points. This marked the third consecutive week of gains for the Indian markets.
