Swiggy Announces Fifth ESOP Liquidity Programme Ahead of IPO: Unlocking Wealth for Employees

On-demand food delivery giant Swiggy has made headlines once again with its latest Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) liquidity programme, marking its fifth initiative since 2018. Earlier this year, Swiggy received a valuation boost from American investment firm Invesco, valuing the company at $12.7 billion. This valuation was subsequently revised upwards to $15.1 billion by US-based asset manager Baron Capital, according to filings with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as of March 31.
