Indian stock markets rallied on Friday, with the Nifty 50 and Sensex posting significant gains. The Nifty Bank index also rose by 789.60 points (1.59%) to 50,516.90. For the week the Nifty 50 gained 173 points, 0.71%, and the Sensex added 730 points (0.92%). Trading range for the day was 24,204.50 – 24,563.90 for Nifty and 79,306.69 – 80,518.21 for Sensex.

Among the top performers for the week, Tech Mahindra Ltd. saw a significant increase, with its stock price rising by 60.90 points (4.0%) to close at 1585.3. The company has shown strong performance recently.

Wipro Ltd. experienced a notable uptick, gaining 21.10 points (4.3%) to reach 516.3. This positive movement indicates growing investor confidence in the IT services provider.

Infosys Ltd. shares rose by 35.70 points (2.0%) to 1859.0. As one of India’s largest IT companies, its stock movement often reflects sector trends.

HCL Technologies Ltd saw an increase of 42.10 points (2.6%) to close at 1668.3. The company continues to attract investor interest in the competitive IT services market.

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) stock climbed by 120.80 points (2.8%) to 4416.1. As India’s largest IT services company, TCS’s performance often influences market sentiment.

LTIMindtree Ltd. experienced a substantial gain of 136.20 points (2.5%) to reach 5563.8. The recently merged entity shows promising growth potential.

Titan Company Ltd. shares increased by 42.60 points (1.3%) to 3444.8. The luxury goods retailer continues to perform well despite economic uncertainties.

Mahindra & Mahindra saw a rise of 95.20 points (3.5%) to close at 2840.5. The automaker’s stock reflects positive sentiment in the automotive sector.

Tata Motors Ltd. stock price went up by 36.00 points (3.4%) to 1098.4. The company’s diverse portfolio in the auto sector contributes to its market performance.

Axis Bank Ltd. shares gained 13.75 points (1.2%) to close at 1166.9. The private sector bank’s stock movement indicates steady investor confidence.
