Log in to Unified Member Portal
Visit the EPFO Unified Member Portal and sign in with your UAN, password, and captcha to access your profile.
Navigate to "Modify Basic Details"
Once logged in, go to the Manage tab and select Modify Basic Details to initiate updates to your personal information.
Edit personal details seamlessly
Members with Aadhaar‑verified UAN can update name, gender, birthdate, nationality, parents’, marital status, spouse details without documents.
Employer certification only sometimes needed
If your UAN was issued pre‑October 1 2017, employer certification may be required; otherwise self‑approve instantly.
Submit changes and track status
After updating details, submit request and check approval status under 'Track Request'. Changes may complete within few weeks.
