Beta Technologies Files for IPO Amid Electric Aviation Surge: Beta Technologies, backed by Amazon, has filed for a U.S. IPO, aiming to capitalize on the electric aviation boom. 

ALIA Aircraft Completes Thousands of Flights: Beta’s ALIA CTOL electric aircraft has completed thousands of flights across North America and Europe, including missions with the U.S. military and FAA. 

IPO to Fund Aircraft Development: The IPO aims to fund the development of Beta’s Alia family of aircraft, including the CX300 and A250 models. 

Partnership with GE Aerospace: Beta Technologies announced a high-profile partnership with GE Aerospace, which plans to make a $300 million equity investment in Beta. 

IPO to List on NYSE Under 'BETA': Beta Technologies plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol 'BETA', with Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs as lead underwriters.
