The Nifty Bank index, however, saw a slight dip of 0.10% or 52.25 pointson Friday, indicating some caution in the financial sector. Friday’s trading session ended on a positive note with both major indices posting slight gains. The Nifty 50 closed at 24,823.15, up 0.047% or 11.65 points, while the Sensex finished at 81,086.21, gaining 0.041% or 33.02 points.
Hindustan Industries led the weekly gainers with an impressive 8.0% increase, despite a slight dip on Friday. The stock closed at 685.1, down 0.45 points or 0.1% for the day.

SBI Life Insurance Company followed closely with a 5.9% weekly gain. Friday saw a minor setback as the stock fell 5.95 points or 0.3%, ending at 1789.3.
Bharat Petroleum Corporation matched SBI Life’s weekly performance with a 5.9% increase. It bucked the trend on Friday, rising 2.10 points or 0.6% to close at 352.2.
Bajaj Finserv Ltd. surged 5.8% over the week. It continued its upward trajectory on Friday, gaining 14.20 points or 0.9% to finish at 1639.9.
HDFC Life Insurance Company saw a 5.7% weekly increase. Friday’s trading added to its gains, with the stock rising 3.00 points or 0.4% to 729.0.
Grasim Industries Ltd also posted a 5.7% weekly gain, despite a slight pullback on Friday. It closed at 2748.6, down 6.60 points or 0.2%.
Bajaj Auto Ltd. was a standout performer, jumping 5.2% for the week and an impressive 492.25 points or 5.0% on Friday alone, closing at 10406.5.
Coal India Ltd. matched Bajaj Auto’s weekly gain of 5.2%. It saw strong Friday performance, rising 10.00 points or 1.9% to end at 538.9.
Hero MotoCorp Ltd. rounded out the top performers with a 5.0% weekly increase. Friday brought further gains of 54.95 points or 1.0%, closing at 5384.9.
Shriram Finance Ltd. saw the smallest weekly gain at 4.9%. It faced some selling pressure on Friday, declining 17.05 points or 0.5% to finish at 3126.6.
